Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will gladly accept returns for full refund on unworn pieces with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: How do I start the return process?
A: Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will get back to you with the next step!
Q: Can I use multiple promo codes?
A: We know it's a bummer, but we are only able to accept one promo code per order.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: If you are in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area we would love to set up a time & place to hand off your order. Select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout and we will deliver your item or notify you of a local pickup opportunity.
Q: After I have worn my OPE apparel into disrepair, how can I dispose of it responsibly?
A: We will gladly accept any used OPE apparel back to either repurpose or dispose of through fabric recycling
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Due to the nature of how our pieces are made (pieces are often made after we have received your order to reduce waste), please expect 7-10 business days for your order to ship. If we have your item(s) in stock we will be able to ship them out within 1-3 business days.
Q: Are you able to ship internationally?
A: We have begun limited international shipping. We currently ship to: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.
